Shipment of your order

All products are shipped from our store in Rome.

The shipment of all orders, both domestic and international, is carried out by UPS delivery company.

The production in stock is usually processed and shipped  within 24 hours after receipt of payment, excluding weekends, holidays, etc.

The times and costs of shipping vary according to the destination and the type of service chosen. The costs will be calculated at checkout.

The orders placed during weekends will be processed on the first working day of the following week. The orders received after 18.00 (Central European Time) on weekdays will be processed the next working day. Orders received during the holidays will be processed the first working day after the holidays.

The times of delivery vary according to the destination: 1-2 business days for Italy , 2-3 business days for the EU countries , 4-7 days for the countries outside the EU.

All shipments  can be tracked and, once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number which can be used to check the delivery status at

The ordered products are prepared with care using adequate packaging to keep your purchased items safe during carriage. Upon receipt, in case if the packaging is not intact you are required to make a corresponding note in all the copies of the shipment document upon receipt before signing.

You may specificate any preferable delivery address, other than your home address (work address, etc.). You may also indicate preferable delivery time: it will be sufficient to specify it in the note section of the shipping form at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs include the costs of processing and packaging of the product. The costs of processing and packaging are fixed, whereas the costs of carriage vary depending on the total weight of the packaged product and the destination of shipment. We advise you to combine your purchased items into one order . We cannot combine two separately made orders so shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

If the destination country is located outside the EU, custom or import duties may be charged.
These costs are borne by the recipient (the customer) only and we have no responsibility for them.
